All prices displayed on the website are shown in South African Rand. Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, import costs, promotions, stock changes, or system updates. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product errors before processing an order.

5. Orders

An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process on the TradeYard website. TradeYard reserves the right to review, confirm, cancel, or refund an order if there is a stock issue, payment issue, pricing error, supplier issue, or delivery limitation.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Card payments are currently recommended for the smoothest checkout experience. Instant EFT may occasionally be unavailable due to payment provider or bank service issues. If a payment issue occurs, customers may contact TradeYard for assistance.

7. Delivery

TradeYard offers delivery across South Africa. Delivery costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout or confirmed separately for large, heavy, or special-order items. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, courier schedules, product size, and delivery location.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Customers should contact TradeYard as soon as possible if an item is damaged, incorrect, defective, incomplete, or if they would like to request a return.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery details at checkout. TradeYard cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
